Does Zack Braun has a superpower or something? The NFL released a new clip from Super Bowl LIX featuring the Philadelphia Eagles linebacker predicting his sensational interception on Kansas Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The play occurred in the second quarter and one can say it allowed the Eagles to have full control of the game heading to the locker room.
The Eagles were holding a precarious 17-0 lead and Mahomes tried to go for the gauntlet to keep the game close.
However, Baun happened. Not only that, it seemed he knew what was about to happen.
“Imma get one” – Baun was hears saying in the clip. Moments after, he got one against Mahomes to frustrate the Chiefs.
“Imma get one.”

The Eagles entered the second half with a 24-0 lead. It was a struggle from there for the Chiefs. Eagles take home the Super Bowl.
Talking about the play post-game, he said he felt like had a quarterback vision to thwart whatever the three-time Super Bowl MVP was planning.
“I felt it behind me, and then I got to quarterback vision,” he said. “I couldn’t feel him behind me but then just broke on the ball, quarterback eyes, just had to catch it.”
Zack Baun’s storybook ending
The former Wisconsin Badgers player played only his first season with the Eagles and won a Super Bowl at the same time.
Individually, he also flourished with the team, winning his first ever Pro Bowl.
This is why he thinks what happened to him this year is a storybook ending.
“It’s crazy,” Baun said. “It’s wild. I don’t think I could have written a better story than this. I mean, grinding it out in New Orleans for four years, to come in here and doing this with this team, it’s so special.
“The best I can say is just keep going, through tough times, through good times. You’ve got to be stoic through it all. Embrace the journey and not focus on the result.”
