There isn’t much happening in the MLB world right now. Sure, there’s the free agency and some trades, but when it comes to pure baseball action, there’s just nothing out there from the Milwaukee Brewers and the rest of the big leagues. Enter the MLB’s social media team, which recently posted a bunch of World Series predictions for the next several years.
In one of those predictions, MLB had the Brewers reaching the World Series in 2030 but will lose in that year’s Fall Classic to the…Seattle Mariners.

The Los Angeles Dodgers will successfully defend their World Series title in 2025, per the prediction, with the Detroit Tigers finishing as the runner-up in the big leagues.
The New York Mets, who made a huge splash this offseason by winning the Juan Soto sweepstakes, are predicted to win the World Series in 2026 by taking down the Boston Red Sox. Meanwhile, two of the worst clubs today, the Chicago White Sox and the Oakland Athletics, topped the predictions for the 2033 and 2024 seasons, respectively.

Of course, MLB’s post shouldn’t be taken very seriously, but fans can’t stop reacting to it either.
“Mets aren’t winning a World Series in the next decade with Juan Soto on their team.”
“How did the White Sox and the A’s make it to the list?”
“How is it even possible to predict what MLB will look like in 2033”
“Pittsburgh makes it to the WS in 2028? Were they just pulling random NL teams out of a hat?”
“If the MLB thought Rangers-Diamondbacks was a rough World Series, get ready for Mariners-Brewers!”
“This is ridiculous. Impossible to predict anything other than next year.”
At the end of the day, only time will tell whether any of these predictions for the Milwaukee Brewers and others will come true.
