The Milwaukee Brewers are certainly going to be buyers at the Major League trade deadline on August 1. While the currently lead their division, there are some rather concerning holes on their roster. First base and third base, specifically, are serious concerns both in the field and at the plate.
However, Milwaukee also needs a backend starter and an extra bullpen arm or two in order to make their postseason push an extended one. While their bullpen has been performing well as of late, they lack a quality long reliever.
To help solve this particular issue, the Brewers may turn to a long-time fan favorite, who has been put on the trade block by the Colorado Rockies.
Former Milwaukee Brewers Pitcher Brent Suter Will Be Traded by the Colorado Rockies

Former Brewers reliever Brent Suter has been having a career-year with the Rockies. Despite missing the past month or so with an oblique strain, he is 4-0 in 31 appearances with a 2.81 ERA and 1.18 WHIP.
Earlier today, MLB insider Mark Feinsand reported on Twitter that the Rockies were activating Suter from the IL and hope to deal him ahead of the August 1 trade deadline:
The Rockies have activated LHP Brent Suter from the injured list. Suter has drawn significant trade interest and seems likely to be dealt by August 1.

Obviously, Brewers fans are familiar with Suter and what he can bring to the team. He spent the first seven years of his career in Milwaukee, going 36-19 with a 3.51 ERA in 196 career games.
Currently, Suter is in the midst of a one-year $3 million contract that he signed with the Rockies. Therefore, acquiring him would not cost much in terms of prospects or salary.
Many fans felt that letting Suter go in the first place was a mistake, and it was. The Brewers should remedy their mistake by trading for Suter at the deadline.
