The Milwaukee Bucks are currently 37-28 on the season and hold the fourth seed in the NBA Eastern Conference. However, their record is identical to that of the Indiana Pacers, who defeated Milwaukee 115-114 earlier this week. Tonight, the two teams will play each other for the fourth and final time in the 2024-25 NBA season in a matchup that could determine playoff seeding.
The Bucks are 2-1 against the Pacers this season.
Fortunately for Milwaukee, it sounds like they will have all of their key contributors available (excluding Bobby Portis, who is still serving his 25-game suspension).
Milwaukee Bucks Head Coach Doc Rivers Says Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard Will Play on Saturday Night

On Friday, Bucks stars Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard were both listed on Milwaukee’s initial injury report for the game against Indiana. Giannis is dealing with a left calf strain while Lillard has a right groin injury. Furthermore, newly acquired backup point guard Kevin Porter Jr. has a sprained ankle.
All three will play on Saturday:
Bucks injury report for Saturday vs. Indiana:
Out: Bobby Portis Jr. (League Suspension)
Questionable: Tyler Smith (Back Spasms)Probable:
Giannis Antetokounmpo (Left Calf Strain)
Damian Lillard (Right Groin Soreness)
Kevin Porter Jr. (Left Ankle Sprain)— Eric Nehm (@eric_nehm) March 14, 2025
As one can see, the fact that they are available is not all that surprising as they were all listed as probable. That being said, there have been instances this season of a player being listed as probable, but downgraded to out in the hours leading up to the game.
Giannis is averaging 30.5 points, 12.1 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game this year. Lillard is averaging 25.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 7.2 assists per game.
Since being traded to the Bucks ahead of the NBA trade deadline in exchange for MarJon Beauchamp, Porter Jr. is averaging 9.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.3 steals per game while coming off the bench.
