The Milwaukee Bucks faced the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night at home. It appeared as if the Bucks were going to win against the Cavaliers, but Donovan Mitchell made the game-winning shot for Cleveland to give them a 114-113 win over Milwaukee on Saturday night.
On Monday, Milwaukee will face Cleveland once again at Rocket Mortage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. Tip-off for this matchup will be at 6 p.m. CT.
Milwaukee Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers Projected Starting Lineups
Entering Monday’s contest, the Bucks are 1-5 this season and the Cavaliers are 7-0. It appears as if Milwaukee heading toward the bottom of the Eastern Conference and it appears as if Cleveland is going to challenge the Boston Celtics for the number one seed in the Eastern Conference this season.
The projected starting lineups for the Bucks will be: Brook Lopez, Giannis Antetokounmpo (game-time decision), Tauren Prince, Gary Trent Jr., and Damian Lillard. The projected starting lineup for the Cavaliers will be: Jarrett Allen, Evan Mobley, Dean Wade, Donovan Mitchell, and Darius Garland.
Khris Middleton and Marjon BeauChamp are ruled out for this game for the Bucks and Pat Connaughton is listed as a game-time decision. As for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Caris LeVert is a game-time decision and Max Strus is ruled out.
Coaching Mismatch
It appears there is a coaching mismatch between the Bucks and the Cavaliers. Doc Rivers has not been coaching well with Milwaukee and they made a mistake getting rid of Adrian Griffin Jr. As for the Cavaliers, it appears as if moving off of J.B. Bickerstaff is paying off for them because Kenny Atkinson has looked good behind the bench.
Cleveland is moving the basketball well to start the season. If the Cavaliers win again against the Bucks on Monday night, Milwaukee should consider moving off Doc Rivers and maybe also general manager Jon Horst.
