“What A Horrible Start”: Milwaukee Bucks Fans Not Holding Back In Latest Loss Against the Memphis Grizzlies

The Milwaukee Bucks were looking to turn the corner on the road on Thursday night against the Memphis Grizzlies. However, the Bucks had no chance to win from the opening tip-off and the Grizzlies hammered Milwaukee 122-99.

With the win, Memphis improved to 3-3 on the season, and Milwaukee dropped to 1-4. If the Milwaukee Bucks don’t start winning games soon, this could be a lost season in a hurry.

Just like after every game, fans will always try to find something to complain about. This time around, they have every right to be complaining about the 1-4 start this season. It appeared as if the struggles toward the end of last season carried over into the 2024-2025 NBA season.

Here is what some of the Bucks fans had to say on Twitter after the latest loss to the Grizzlies:

What a horrible start. Get it together

What’s your plan to fix this mess?

    — Charlotte_Joy (@charlotte_joy) November 1, 2024

    The Bucks are a disaster.

    — Mid-Major Basketball (@midmajorball) November 1, 2024

Scariest thing we coulda watched on Halloween

    — Ryan (@BrewPack8) November 1, 2024

    Out-rebounded by 18
Out-scored from the foul line by 20
Dame 4 points in 33 minutes
Brook played 23 min and had a -35 rating
    Multiple other failures

To a Grizz team missing a handful of rotation players.

    Rock bottom after 5 games???

    — Frank Lilly (@FrankLillyPM) November 1, 2024

Damian Lillard did not have the greatest game by any means for the Bucks against the Grizzlies. He only scored four points. This is why Milwaukee fans are concerned he does not fit with Giannis Antetokounmpo. Antetokounmpo scored 37 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, recorded four assists, blocked one shot, and recorded one steal.

Ja Morant recorded a triple-double for Memphis with 26 points, 10 rebounds, 14 assists, and recorded one steal. Santi Aldama scored 19 points for the Memphis Grizzlies against the Milwaukee Bucks.

    Home-And-Home With the Cleveland Cavaliers

The next two games for the Milwaukee Bucks will be a home-and-home with the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday and Monday. Cleveland is 5-0 this season and they have one of the best offenses in the NBA. Kenny Atkinson is the new head coach this season after letting go of J.B. Bickerstaff in the offseason.

The Cavaliers have a core four of Jarrett Allen, Darius Garland, Donovan Mitchell, and Evan Mobley. Winning both games against Cleveland would be a huge confidence boost for the Milwaukee Bucks. However, the Bucks may get blown out in both games against the Cavaliers. Fans will call for Doc Rivers and Jon Horst to be fired if this mess continues.
