The 2025 Milwaukee Brewers are playing the best stretch of baseball throughout the history of their franchise. Over their last 60 games, they have gone 44-16, that includes a 23-6 record on the road and winning 11 out of their last 12 ball games.
This success has resulted in them climbing 25 games over .500, to a current 69-44 record, that is the best in baseball. Also noteworthy, is that this is the fastest any Brewers team has reached 25 games over .500, as they did so in 113 games, whereas the previous record was held by the 2021 squad in 119 games.
Pat Murphy sends a stern message to the Milwaukee Brewers

Despite all the winning, manager Pat Murphy elected to send a rather stern message to his team during a recent post game press conference. Murphy said, “You really have to be disciplined right now more than ever before. I love this team. I love who they are, but you have to play the game a certain way, and you can’t assume that everything’s going to go our way going forward. You’re going to have some bumps in the road, but you have 49 games in the regular season left to play, and if we take care of business there, then we’ll have another season.”

What is the Milwaukee Brewers brand of baseball?

Since Murphy took over, the Brewers have had a reputation of being a gritty team that grinds out every at-bat, hustles on every play, takes extra bases whenever possible, and mixes in some small ball in order to give the team the best chance to win.
Murphy’s message to the team implied that he wants his team to continue to do all of these little things throughout the remainder of the season. If they do that, despite some inevitable bumps in the road, they will make it to the post season.
