Milwaukee Brewers Receive Big Sizzling Hot Take From Former MLB Star

The Milwaukee Brewers have been the hottest team in baseball of late. If they can continue the way they have been playing, there is a legitimate chance that they could be able to make a World Series run.

Over their last 10 games, the Brewers have compiled a 7-3 record. They have been able to take over the lead in the National League Central division race ahead of the Chicago Cubs.

Speaking of the division race, Milwaukee currently leads the Cubs by three games. In addition to leading the division, the Brewers are also the best team in the entire league with a three-game lead. That shows just how good the team has been in recent weeks.

With that being said, the team has also now received a sizzling hot take from a former MLB star.

During a recent media segment, Cameron Maybin did not hold back his thoughts on the team. He believes that Milwaukee is actually saving baseball.

“This is the brand of baseball we need to celebrate and promote even more,” Maybin said.

It’s hard to argue with Maybin’s statement. While the team may not have the most star power of any team they face, they continue winning baseball games at a high level.

While things have been going well, the season is far from over. The Brewers have more work to do in order to reach their ultimate goal of winning a championship. Being hot now is a good thing, but they will need to stay hot heading into the postseason.

Hopefully, they’re able to do just that. Milwaukee is currently enjoying the hot stretch, but only time will tell whether or not they can play this well in the playoffs and make a run at bringing a championship home.
