The Milwaukee Brewers will begin their 2023 season with a three-game series against their division rival Chicago Cubs. Milwaukee upgraded their roster mostly via trade this offseason. In addition, two rookies, Garrett Mitchell and Brice Turang, will get the nod to start on Opening Day. Corbin Burnes, the 2021 National League Cy Young Award winner, will start for the Brewers. Kyle Hendricks will get the start for the Cubs.
