Below we have a Milwaukee Brewers and Minnesota Twins series preview including team news, game times, probable starting pitchers, as well as an injury report.
Milwaukee Brewers (34-32) News
A home series loss against the Oakland Athletics has the Brewers feeling like they have reached rock bottom. The offense went dormant against the league’s worst pitching staff and the very under funded A’s played with more enthusiasm on the field. Milwaukee will have to turn it around quickly as their next six series will all be against playoff contenders.
Minnesota Twins (33-33) News
Like the Brewers, the Minnesota Twins have benefited from a weak division. Currently the Twins have a .500 record and are leading the AL central. Lack of offense and bullpen issues have been the teams biggest areas of concern. Injuries to key players such as Byron Buxton, Jorge Polanco, Joey Gallo, Tyler Mahle, and Kenta Maeda have not helped either.
