The Milwaukee Brewers are taking the league by storm and one of the bigger stories for their 2025 is Jacob Misiorowski who in just five starts got included already into the All-Star Game.

He was a source of entertainment for his flamethrowing but that got momentarily suspended as he was forced to enter the injury list on August 2 after getting hit on the leg during a line drive in win over the Chicago Cubs at the start of the month.
The club immediately took extra precautions for their super rookie and recalled Logan Henderson to replace him.
He has undergone rehab and a return is on the horizon according to Brewers reporter and MLB.com’s Adam McCalvy.
Jacob Misiorowski update from the Brewers:
Recovering from left tibia contusion, scheduled for a 30-pitch bullpen today. No issues noted after his previous Live BP session. Potential to start a rehab assignment on Friday.

More on Miz: He will pitch somewhere on Friday. Whether that’s a rehab assignment or a truncated outing against the Reds in Cincinnati, Pat Murphy said, is TBD. https://t.co/2cYF0lLHdZ

Milwaukee Brewers just can’t be stopped
The current pitching squad are already doing great damage to opponents with the Pittsburgh Pirates being the latest victim.
Freddy Peralta, Grant Anderson, Aaron Ashby, and Anthony Seigler shut down the Pirates, 14-0, through total domination.
Brewers continue to be the best team in MLB for almost two weeks. They are 75-44, 5.5 games above the team with the next best record which is the Toronto Blue Jays.

They are also building comfortable separation from rivals Chicago Cubs in the National League Central as they now sit 7.5 games above them.
They have swept their last three series and will look to add another one tomorrow for their third game against the Pirates.
