The Milwaukee Brewers have strung together several impressive win streaks this season, including three of at least eight games. Their latest stretch hasn’t come easy, with two of this weekend’s three wins decided by dramatic, game-ending plays.
Over the weekend, the Milwaukee Brewers had a pair of epic victories against the New York Mets

On Friday night, the Brewers won the contest by outfielder Blake Perkins gunning down the potential game tying run at home plate. Two days later, after flooding around the stadium threatened to postpone the game, Isaac Collins capped off an epic come from behind victory with a walk-off home run.

Isaac Collins is one of two rookies in the modern era to accomplish this feat

Brewers rookie Isaac Collins, who was July’s NL Rookie of the Month, has been on an absolute tear the past 20 games. In addition to his walk-off home run, he has 10 multi-hit games, and Milwaukee has won 16 games. The last, and only other time, a rookie accomplished this was Yasiel Puig in 2013.
