The Green Bay Packers are coming off a solid win against the Los Angeles Rams in week nine. The Packers’ defense show up as they held the Rams to just three points all afternoon. That win moved the Packers to 3-5 on the year and gave the team some much needed confidence.
Going into Week 10, the Packers will face off against the 5-3 Pittsburgh Steelers who are trying to keep pace with the 7-2 Baltimore Ravens. However, it was announced today that the Packers will have a new look come Week 11 this year.
The Green Bay Packers Announce Uniform Change For Week 11 Matchup Vs. The Los Angeles Chargers
In a news release issued Wednesday, the Green Bay Packers announced that they will wear throwback uniforms in the style of the 1950s against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, Nov. 19.
A win over the Washington Commanders in 2021 marked the debut of the Packers’ uniforms. When the team wore the uniforms for a second time last season, they lost to the New York Jets.
In the look, the helmet is all gold, with no stripes or decals, the facemask is grey, the uniform is dark green, with gold numbers and stripes, the pants are dark green, and the socks are dark green.
Through the 2025 season, the Packers will wear the throwback look once a year at home.
