The Green Bay Packers are heading into the 2024 season with every reason to believe they can compete for a championship. Especially if they start out 2024 the way they ended 2023.
While the Packers (and Lions to be honest) continue to have high expectations, the other teams in the division are starting over. Tom Brady took notice of that.
One Green Bay Packers Rival Quarterback Gets Brutal Message From Tom Brady
According to Ryan Heckman of FanSided:
Recently, Williams sat down along with a few of his fellow top rookie peers and had a chance to speak with some high profile names, absorbing wisdom and advice from the likes of Tom Brady and Jay-Z.
Brady, specifically, gave the rookies some very black and white, applicable, serious advice about how they need to go about their business in the NFL if they want to win. He couldn’t have laid it out any more clear.

“When you have 53 guys on a team and you think it’s about ‘you,’ it ain’t about you. It’s about ‘us,'” Brady said.
“The biggest problem I see with a lot of young players today, you guys are making it too much about ‘I’ and ‘me,’ … because of social media, because of branding and all that. It’s fine … you’re not gonna win. There’s a difference between being a star and being a champion.”
Caleb Williams Has Stated He Wants To “Be Immortal” In This League
Williams has stated his ultimate goal is to achieve “immortality,” which means that he wants to become the best player of all time. By all means, he wants to win multiple championships and make it to Canton.
There is no reason to believe that Williams isn’t going into the league with the mindset of “team first” however, Brady feeling the need to give this advice isn’t out of no where.
As much as any other quarterback selected in the 2024 NFL draft, Caleb Williams will be the focus of the Bears offense.
During his time in Seattle, new Chicago offensive coordinator Shane Waldron often used motion and formation shifts to force defenses to adjust. Pre-snap, he keeps defenses uncertain of their responsibilities while also giving his playmakers isolated opportunities.
Chicago has a rough history of developing quarterbacks. Will Williams break that curse?
