Last season, quarterback Jordan Love took a leap in his NFL career by leading the Green Bay Packers to a surprising run in the playoffs. Now, he’s making another milestone by making his engagement to Ronika Stone official.
Love played college football for the Utah State Aggies, where he had a successful career. During this period, he was named to the second-team All-MWC in 2018 and earned the MVP award at the 2018 New Mexico Bowl.
After forgoing his senior year, Love was drafted in the first round by the Green Bay Packers using the 26th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He spent the first three years of his professional career as a backup to Aaron Rodgers, before being named as the team’s starting quarterback for the 2023 season. In his first year as a starter, Love had an impressive season, throwing for over 4,000 yards and 32 touchdowns, while leading the team to a playoff victory.
Love’s journey from a two-star high school recruit to an NFL starting quarterback showcases his dedication and growth as a player. His combination of size, mobility, and arm strength has made him an intriguing prospect, and his performance in 2023 has further solidified his status as a promising young quarterback in the league.
