Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs recently went viral for gifting the entire offensive line chains with their jersey numbers for the holidays. Josh Myers couldn’t be happier since he was one of the notable recipients.
This gesture has certainly made Jacobs a more popular figure in the Green Bay Packers locker room, and according to Myers, he plans to show off his new bling soon.
“I told him (Josh Jacobs), ‘No one has ever gotten me a gift like this. Ever. This is insane.’ That’s my first diamond anything that’s real,” Myers said via Wes Hodkiewicz of Packers.com. “It’s a cool deal. I don’t really know what to do with myself. I’ll have to wear it sometime.”
Josh Myers has been an important player for the Green Bay Packers offensive line, starting in 54 games in his three-year NFL career. However, Green Bay could lose him for nothing this offseason since he’ll be an unrestricted free agent.

Josh Myers is expected to listen to offers when he hits the open market next summer since he will want to get paid. However, Myers said he prefers to prolong his stay in Green Bay.
“I would love to be here,” Myers said via Rob Reischel of Forbes. “I love it here. I love the people. It’s a wonderful team, a wonderful organization. I’d absolutely love to be here.”
“I’m just trying to enjoy every minute of this season. I’m a person of faith. I trust in God and however it pans out it pans out, and I’ll believe that’s the way it was meant to be,” he continued.
