The Green Bay Packers Draw Huge Television and Streaming Audiences
Thursday Night Football moved to Amazon Prime back in 2022. This past season, the Packers took on the Detroit Lions on December 5, and the game set the record of most streams since Amazon was awarded TNF. Not only was it big for viewers, but also bettors. Per ESPN, the game “averaged 17.29 million viewers, making it the most-streamed NFL regular-season game in history.”

Pro Football Network reported that the Packers’ Wild Card Round loss to the Philadelphia Eagles drew 35.9 million views, making it the most-watched game of that opening round of the NFL Playoffs.

Of course, watching a Packers game in person at historic Lambeau Field is a bucket list item for every fan. Stadium View Bar and Grill, for example, hosts the Gilbert Brown Tailgate Party prior to every single Packers home game. There, fans can meet the legendary Gravedigger, a member of the team’s Hall of Fame and Super Bowl XXXI Champion. Oftentimes, his former teammates Dorsey Levens, Ahman Green, Santana Dotson, Andre Rison, and Antonio Freeman are there, too.
Even Pro Football Hall of Famers LeRoy Butler and Jerry Kramer have been known to make an experience.
