The Green Bay Packers will see Aaron Rodgers in a New York Jets uniform for the foreseeable future. Whether that is one or three more years remains to be seen. However, after his NFL playing days, Packers fans could see him in a completely different uniform.
Former Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers Hopes To Play In 2028 Olympics

Almost a week into the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the next host city, Los Angeles, has been taking notes as its own preparations continue. In four years, the Californian city will become the center of attention bringing with it new Olympic events.
With Flag Football being added to the Olympic program, several NFL stars have expressed interest in representing Team USA in this sport. Rodgers is one of those athletes:
New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who, after overcoming an Achilles tendon injury last season, is preparing to make his return to the field. During his invitation to the Up & Adams program, Rodgers was questioned about a possible reunion with Davante Adams, with whom he has formed a great partnership. However, the quarterback ruled it out in the short term, but opened the possibility of forming a ‘Dream Team’ at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games in Flag Football.
“I love Davante. I’d love to play with him again. It could be the 2028 Olympics if they let some of the veterans go out and play. But we’ll see, I want him to be a huge success,” Rodgers said.
Aaron Rodgers’ comments about competing in the 2028 Olympic Games in LA, come in the wake of other NFL stars who say they would want to participate, even though Flag Football has different rules to the game they are used to. They see it as a unique opportunity to star in an Olympic event.
Rodgers joins Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelceas some of the stars who have revealed their intention to participate in LA 2028, although they know that age will play an important role.
Aaron Rodgers on @UpAndAdamsShow brings context to Davante Adams comments: “I love Davante. I’d love to play with Davante again. It might be in the 2028 Olympics. … Davante’s over there. If things in some alternate universe, things came to fruition – whatever.” #Jets pic.twitter.com/miUdNidVce

Having Rodgers represent the United States in football would be incredible for the world to watch. Rodgers has been widely considered one of the most talented throwers to ever enter the NFL.
This would be must watch TV.
