Garrett Mitchell broke onto the scene with his first MLB start on August 28th, 2022 against the Chicago Cubs. He immediately made his presence felt, hitting a 2 RBI single to give the Brewers a 3-2 lead against the Cubs for his first big-league hit. The following day, he hit his first big-league home run against the Pirates, a clutch 2R HR to tie the game in the bottom of the 8th.
