Green Bay Packers fans have been watching Aaron Rodgers and New York Jets fans go through similar off-season stories they dealt with. Over the past two off-seasons, the reports out of New York have been up and down, to say the least.
Now, one star teammate is reportedly done with the entire situation and would like a fresh start.

Multiple sources on Twitter are referencing the same trending report:
Many insiders believes #Jets star WR Garrett Wilson will request a trade out of New York, mainly due to the team’s constant turnover at QB and Head Coach, per James Palmer.
A restructured three-year extension contract worth $112.5 million was signed by Rodgers with the Jets in 2023. It may be possible for the Jets to cut or trade Rodgers, but that would result in heavy dead cap damage for the team, which won only five games in 2024. It is also possible that Rodgers could have already played his last game in the NFL, giving him the option to retire.
All of this uncertainty is certainly not sitting well with Wilson.
This type of move would completely change New York’s offense. Wilson has been nothing but reliable since entering the league:
