Vinny Anthony was arguably Wisconsin Badgers’ best wide receiver last season and head coach Luke Fickell and offensive coordinator Jeff Grimes are expected to feature him more this 2025.

Anthony had the highest receiving yards last season with 672, averaging 17 yards per catch. His best game was against Penn State in late October when he recorded a career-high seven receptions.
Anthony II is ready to level up this 2025 but he knows there other receivers who will be able to give him a lift. One of those is sophomore Trech Kekahuna who he said suggested could have a breakout season.
“I feel like he can have a great year,” Anthony said as quoted by On3.com.
“There’s so many ways that he (Grimes) gets people the ball. It makes a defense always on their toes.”
Kekahuna is a returning player but he almost left the team in February. The change in the OC is the main reason why he decided to enter transfer portal but it was also Grimes who brought him back.

What they talked about made Kekahuna change his mind and everybody is happy at the moment about the promise the player brings.
