Wisconsin Badgers Volleyball Recruit On The Mend; Misses 2025 Under Armour All-American Game

The Wisconsin Badgers volleyball program had two recruits participating in this year’s Under Armour Next All-American game.  The showcase, which was aired on ESPN+, was supposed to feature incoming UW-Madison freshman Madison Quest and Aniya Warren.  However, it was revealed that Quest is currently on the mend and did not participate in the game.

According to Dennis Punzel, Madison Quest missed the showcase as she is recovering from a minor surgery and is still ramping up her training following that procedure.  No further details were provided, but by all indications it sounds like she is recovering well, but just wasn’t ramped up enough yet to return to playing against elite level competition.

For curious @BadgerVB fans: Madison Quest didn’t play in the UA All-American match because she’s coming back from minor surgery and just ramping up her training.

Madison Quest had a featured segment on ESPN+

On Instagram, Madison Quest posted a pair of reels that included a few clips from a segment on how volleyball brought the Quest family together.  Madison’s mother, Pauline Quest, was narrating in the featured videos.  The former Wisconsin Badgers volleyball alumni went into detail about how she let her daughter carve her own path, including choosing volleyball and UW Madison as her father is also an alumni and former basketball player.
