The Maryland Terrapins were looking to build off momentum from the Indiana Hoosiers win on Wednesday night against the #17 Wisconsin Badgers. Maryland came out on top against Wisconsin by a final score of 76-68.
It was a huge win for the Terrapins. They are making a case to be ranked in the Top 25 polls next week. Maryland is now up 0.5 games on Wisconsin for the fourth spot in the BIG10 Conference.

There are times when some social media pages like to troll other teams. The latest example happened when the Badgers lost to the Terrapins on the road. This is what Maryland posted on its Twitter page:

With Wisconsin being known for being a dairy state and with the L only being the capital letter in the word milk is an intriguing troll job. Maryland obviously would not have posted that if they lost against Wisconsin.

There are a lot of Maryland Terrapins fans who want to see the team ranked next week in the Top 25 after the win on Wednesday night against the Badgers. Maryland has a chance to be an NCAA Tournament this season and they could also make noise in March. Head coach Kevin Willard has the team playing its best basketball of the season right now and they will look to continue that next on Thursday, February 6 against the Ohio State Buckeyes on the road.
