It will be a long journey before the Quinton Cypher becomes a college football player but at least, the Wisconsin Badgers are among the first on the line for his signature.
At least based on the latest statement by high school linebacker.
Cypher, who plays for the Milbrook High School in Norther Carolina, expressed his love for the Badgers in the latest interview.
“I love Wisconsin. I’m a Wisconsin fan. I cheer for them in all their sports,” he said as quoted by 247 Sports.
Cypher will become college eligible by 2027 and has a 5.8 ratings from Rivals.com. He is also ranked 10 overall in his state.
He is entering his junior season after having a splendid game last season. Expect other schools to up the ante when it comes to chase for his signature.

“Honestly, I just trusted myself and believed in people who believed in me,” Cypher told Badger247 when asked about his latest performances.
“Just staying level-headed. Every place I go, be confident, but never cocky. It really took off after that Georgia camp. This was my time. I had to make sure I showed out. I had a great season too.”
Badgers have made contacts with several students for Class of 2027 before and Cypher is arguably the most prominent of them.
