The Wisconsin Badgers are again hosting an accomplished ranked team with hopes of a different result this time around.
The Badgers are coming off of a bye-week after being demolished by the Iowa Hawkeyes and backup quarterback Brendan Sullivan. While there had been arguments Sullivan should be the starter over Cade McNamara all season, the quarterback still had not played. However, the Badgers allowed for Sullivan to have the best game of his lengthy collegiate career regardless.
Now, the Badgers have shifted focus towards the visiting Oregon Ducks who are not only undefeated, but also dominant in Big Ten Conference play. Outside of a 31-point performance by the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Ducks have allowed 67-points across six conference games. The Badgers, however, have allowed 70-points in the last two games against Penn State and Iowa.

While many college football fans expect a potentially blowout, there are also a number of Wisconsin Badgers fans and college football fans alike who think it could be a close game.
This will be a gritty game won by less than 1 TD. None of the previous stats will matter.

If any Oregon fans are nervous about this game just watch the highlights of Wisconsin @ Iowa. That game destroyed any hope I had in this team.

Some Oregon Ducks fans are particularly worried because the team has previously struggled at times the past few games due to possible wear-and-tear taking a toll.

Can the Wisconsin Badgers Potentially Defeat the Oregon Ducks?
While it remains possible that the Wisconsin Badgers upset the Oregon Ducks, it does not seem likely given the results of the Iowa clash.
The Wisconsin Badgers currently look defeated which was even worse than what the team looked like during the previous losses. Wisconsin was trending upward but some of the issues on both sides of the football are truly wearing the team down. The Badgers will likely keep a tight game against the Oregon Ducks for a good portion of time, before the floodgates finally open like they did against Iowa.
