The Wisconsin Badgers were coming off a BIG10 Conference win on Saturday against the Iowa Hawkeyes. Wisconsin was looking to keep it rolling on the road on Monday night against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. The Badgers offense looked again and they won the game over the Scarlet Knights by a final score of 75-63.
With the win, Wisconsin improves to 12-3 overall on the season and 2-2 in BIG10 Conference play. As for Rutgers, they fall to 8-7 overall on the season and they are 1-3 overall in BIG10 Conference play. These are two college basketball teams that are trending in different directions right now.
Wisconsin Badgers Have Three Players Score In Double Figures Against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights
On Monday night, Greg Gard’s squad had three different players score in double figures for the Badgers. John Blackwell led the way with 21 points. He also grabbed four rebounds and recorded three assists. Steven Crowl recorded a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. He also recorded three assists in the game as well.
John Tonje looked effective in this game as he scored 15 points, grabbed nine rebounds, and recorded two assists. Crowl, Tonje, and Blackwell might be the three best players on the Badgers basketball roster this season.

It is a surprise that the Rutgers Scarlet Knights are not as good as people thought they were going to be this college basketball season. The Wisconsin Badgers on the other hand are very good offensively this season and will look to keep things rolling in BIG10 Conference play.
