Kam Jones’ point production is not in the apex yet of Marquette Golden Eagles’ top scorer list but when it comes to the question of who is the most dedicated player in the school’s basketball program, his name should be up there.

This if fans will consider what he did to immortalize Marquette Golden Eagles in his body.
X user Samuel Vancer listened to Marquette radio hour and there he heard Smart talking about Jones getting a tattoo of the Golden Eagles jersey on his body.
Per Shaka Smart on the Marquette radio hour, Kam Jones has a Marquette jersey tattoo. Dude bleeds blue and gold. That’s my lead guard. Not taking these seniors for granted. #mubb

Such commitment to the Golden Eagles is rare. In common instances, people’s tattoos, whether symbol or portrait images, represent those that are close to their hearts.
That is dedication, something that he also shows whenever on the floor.

Jones is turning heads this season for his incredible play for the Golden Eagles as their top scorer.
It would not be surprising if he takes the top spot in all-time Marquette Golden Eagles scorer. He is currently at 4th spot with 1,787. He will need around 1,000 to reach the 2,761 total points set by Markus Howard.
Kam Jones with another individual recognition
Jones dedication to the Golden Eagles is not just reflected by a tattoo. Even the media knows he is one of the reasons why the team is up there with the best of the best.
The senior guard, averaging 18.8 ppg and 6.0 apg, has been named a finalist for the Bob Cousy Award, an honor bestowed to the best collegiate point guard of the year.

Jones was nominated alongside nine other players from different Division I college programs.
Before this, he was also acknowledged by the John R. Wooden Award Midseason Watch List as among the top players for this season.
