The Green Bay Packers‘ offensive line has made major strides this season, and been a driving force behind running back Josh Jacobs’ dominance in the ground game and done a solid job of protecting Jordan Love throughout this run to the postseason.
One of those key offensive linemen is Zach Tom, who garnered the third-most All-Pro votes among right tackles, a fact that didn’t go unnoticed by Packers head coach Matt LaFleur.
“He means a ton to us,” LaFleur said of Tom. “Not to mention he’s battled through some adversity battling through surgery this offseason. To be able to bounce back and have the season he’s had is pretty impressive.”
Throughout the course of this season, Tom only allowed 24 total pressures while garnering an elite 82.1 run-blocking grade from Pro Football Focus.
Tom has quickly developed into one of the Packers’ cornerstone players along the offensive line, critical to Green Bay’s success.
