NFL free agency frenzy has been going wild this offseason. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers is one of the biggest dominoes that has yet to fall.

Rodgers was officially released by the New York Jets on Wednesday. It is going to be interesting to see what the next move is for the former Green Bay Packers quarterback. There are some teams that are interested in him. For now, it appears as if the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Giants are the favorites to sign Rodgers this offseason.
NFL Insider Reports That Aaron Rodgers Could Be Signed By the Minnesota Vikings This Offseason

After 4 p.m. ET on Wednesday, The Athletic’s Dianna Russini dropped major news about Rodgers on her Twitter page. Russini said,
“Vikings decision-makers are still evaluating their options at quarterback, including the possibility of signing Aaron Rodgers. The four-time MVP is intrigued by the idea of playing in Minnesota. For now, it’s a waiting game, sources tell
and me.”
The Vikings already lost quarterback Sam Darnold in free agency this offseason to the Seattle Seahawks. Also, they may not be sure about J.J. McCarthy being ready to start at the beginning of the 2025 season. He is only 22 years old and Minnesota may not be in a rush to start him.
The Minnesota Vikings have one of the best rosters in the NFL and it would be intriguing to Aaron Rodgers. It remains to be seen what Rodgers and the Vikings will do.

So I don’t have to wait 10 or so years from now, I am just going to get custom Jordan love jerseys made for the Jets and the Vikings. We all know this is inevitable.

Like Favre said #Vikings have the pieces loaded at all positions it’s the factor of having McCarthy now or future after Rodgers if he signs… You bring Rodgers in he starts and McCarthy does what Jordan Love did 🎬🎬🎬🎬🎬💜💛✍️ #skol

Oh goodness, I try not to be opinionated publicly on the @Vikings , but, please not Rogers.

It would be funny if Aaron Rodgers did the same thing Brett Favre did during his NFL career. Rodgers’ last season with the New York Jets completed 63.0% of his passes for 3,897 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. The Vikings and Rodgers together would be one of the biggest stories in the NFL and could potentially make Minnesota one of the Super Bowl favorites next season.
