Khris Middleton will always be part of the Milwaukee Bucks, even if he is with the Washington Wizards now. Why not make him a Buck again?

A window might have opened to those who are interested in bringing back the three-time All-Star who was their second best player for a long time and especially during their 2021 NBA title run.
An insider revealed that the Wizards are planning to use him along with another veteran CJ McCollum as mentors to their young squad.
It wrote:
The Washington Wizards aren’t expected to contend for the playoffs in 2025-26, but the front office still sees value in bringing in experienced voices.
Khris Middleton and CJ McCollum are the only players on the roster who are older than 26 or set to make more than $14 million this season, according to The Washington Post’s Varun Shankar.
The twist is that this mentorship might not last.

“The Wizards view the pair as high-character leaders for a young team. While neither is expected to be part of the team’s long-term future, both are seen as positive influences as Washington continues to rebuild.”
A CBS report also suggested that Middleton is among the best buyout candidates right now.
Khris Middleton reunion with Milwaukee Bucks is well-received
This offseason has seen veteran stars reunite with their former teams. Chris Paul to the Los Angeles Clippers and Damian Lillard to the Portland Trailblazers.
Some Bucks fans thought it would not hurt to see K-Midd wear the green and white suit again.

Middleton will be 34 when the season starts and although his numbers dipped in the last season, he already established himself as a playoff riser.
