The Golden State Warriors fall to the Denver Nuggets on Monday but there’s no time for them to mope as they will welcome the Milwaukee Bucks not even 24 hours. Stephen Curry’s availability is in doubt based on suggestions made by his coach.

Curry scored 20 points in the loss to Denver and shot four out of 14 from the three point line. The team as a whole struggled against the Nuggets which played without their top two scorers Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray.
Head coach Steve Kerr expressed frustration on then loss but subtly offered an excuse by saying his players are tired, most especially Curry.
“He’s tired. Steph’s been carrying us for a month, he’s been amazing,” he said.
“He’s tired, so we’ve got to get him some rest. You can see it, he just doesn’t have his energy right now.”
Gary Payton II echoed Kerr’s sentiment on the 37-year old superstar who just last week became the first ever player in the NBA history to reach 4,000 3-pointers.

“We try to take the pressure off him as much as we can,” guard Gary Payton II said. “He has a guy on his hip 48 minutes of the game. I’m pretty sure he’s a little gassed.”
That’s the vision Kerr has for Curry but he did not categorically say if the player will sit out the Bucks game.
Milwaukee Bucks’ own injury report
The Bucks themselves are not exactly tired but they are hurting. The latest injury report confirmed that they will be without their two big men Bobby Portis who was suspended for anti-drug policy violation, and Jericho Sims who under went thumb surgery and won’t be able to play after one month.

The team struggled big time against the Oklahoma City Thunder that featured the twin towers of Isaiah Hartenstein and Chet Holmgren.
Superstars Giannis Antetokounmpo (right patella tendinopathy) and Damian Lillard (right groin soreness) are both still probable.
Gary Trent Jr., who was sidelined for few games last week is also probable due to a left patella Tendinopathy.
