Critics and so-called analysts are not that sold on Milwaukee Bucks upcoming season. They made the most discussed moves in the summer – waiving Damian Lillard and getting Myles Turner – and yet, they think those are not enough.

Bucks fans think they are being written off, something they qualify as disrespect to the team. This disrespect includes issues surrounding Giannis Antetokounmpo, always getting dragged into trade rumors as if they want him out of Milwaukee and should go to a big market instead.
Every Buck in the line-up is an underdog or underrated based on how they are overlooked by many. Turner finally got a tasted of it with the release of NBA2K’s list of the best blockers for the 2025-26 season.

Turner joined the Bucks last month from the Indiana Pacers by signing a four-year, $108.9 million deal. He is starting a new chapter and that includes being looked down, too.

He saw the NBA2k rating that did not even have him in Top 10 and he only has one reaction.

Myles Turner replacement got better block rating
Turner bagged the blocks leader twice already (2019 and 2021) and statistically, he still produces a good number on that department. He finished fifth in blocks in the 2024-25 season.
The NBA2K rating probably get it right with San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama as number one with 99 rating. He is followed by Chet Holmgren (OKC Thunder), Rob Williams (Portland Traiblazers), Donovan Clingan (POR), and Walker Kessler (Utah Jazz) to complete the Top 5.

Turner is not in the top 10 but the most shocking part is that his replacement in Indiana Jay Huff is in the Top 10. Huff is 67th in blocks per game as part of the Memphis Grizzlies.
This one reason why some Bucks are just straight up hating on their team and anyone who is part of it.
Turner said in his introductory conference that he wants to remain in a competitive environment. Looks like he just got another motivation.
