There is a new big man in Cream City, with the Milwaukee Bucks pulling off one of the biggest surprises in the NBA free agency. After Brook Lopez left for the Los Angeles Clippers immediately filled the void that he left in the frontcourt by adding Myles Turner to the fold.
Turner comes over to the Bucks via a four-year contract worth $107 million. That deal also comes with a full 15 percent trade kicker, per Shams Charania of ESPN.
Turner is undeniably a major acquisition for the Bucks. At 29 years old, he is much younger than Lopez. He can stretch the floor and protect the rim efficiently. Turner shot 39.6 percent from behind the arc in the 2024-25 NBA season while helping the Pacers reach the NBA Finals for the first time since 2000. He is also a two-time NBA leader in blocks.
Mathurin shares wild post after Turner’s move to the Milwaukee Bucks

Turner’s departure is a significant one for the Pacers. He will be missed by Indiana fans, especially since he spent the first 10 seasons of his NBA career with the team. His teammates will surely miss him too. That being said, Pacers guard Bennedict Mathurin had an interesting post following Turner’s signing with the Bucks.
Mathurin recently shared an Instagram story post that showed the former Arizona Wildcats star in the act of posterizing Turner.
Bennedict Mathurin posted a photo of him dunking on Myles Turner 😳👀
Seems like Mathurin is NOT happy about Turner leaving the Pacers for their rival Bucks 😬

It’s hard to tell whether the post was nothing more than just a friendly jab at Turner or something that symbolizes Mathurin’s unhappiness over the big man’s move to an Eastern Conference rival.
