On Wednesday morning, the Milwaukee Bucks traded away long-time beloved player Khris Middleton to the Washington Wizards for Kyle Kuzma. General manager Jon Horst also traded away 2024 first-round pick A.J. Johnson in the trade and he also showed some potential in the game the other night.
Patrick Baldwin Jr. was also acquired in this deal and draft picks were also traded. With this move, the new Bucks’ big three will be Kyle Kuzma, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Damian Lillard. It will be interesting to see if there will be more moves before the deadline on Thursday. There were a lot of mixed reactions about this trade.
Milwaukee Bucks Fans Want Jon Horst Fired After Khris Middleton Trade
To no surprise when the Bucks fanbase found out about the Middleton trade, they could not wait to become keyboard warriors. Milwaukee fans did not like the way Khris Middleton was treated. He was on the fifth-best team in the Eastern Conference and got traded to the worst team in the NBA and fans felt like he deserved better.

There are a lot of fans who are not happy with the reactions to the trade and there were some very interesting things they said. A lot of Milwaukee Bucks fans were also cursing on the internet about the trade. It is understandable to have an attachment to Khris Middleton, but he wasn’t much of a fit anymore with the team.
Other Possible Moves
This may not be the only move that Jon Horst may be making before Thursday. Pat Connaughton, Brook Lopez, and Bobby Portis could also be traded. They also have been rumored to be traded for the Milwaukee Bucks.
However, if the Bucks do the unthinkable and trade Giannis Antetokounmpo, Twitter might break down. There would probably be a protest for Antetokounmpo being traded like when the Dallas Mavericks protested trading Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers. Milwaukee fans may not be thrilled about trading away Middleton, but they got younger by swapping him for Kuzma.
