Milwaukee Bucks Are Moving Khris Middleton Out Of the Starting Lineup Ahead Of the San Antonio Spurs Game
On Wednesday, Chris Haynes reported that the Bucks are going to be moving Khris Middleton out of the starting lineup moving forward Milwaukee. This does not come as a surprise for the team. The Bucks need to have someone reliable in the starting five for the remainder of the season.
The projected starting lineup for the game against the Spurs on Wednesday night will be Brook Lopez, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Tauren Prince, Andre Jackson, and Damian Lillard. It is going to be interesting to see how many minutes off the bench Middleton will get since he got demoted.

He’s been washed. Idk why they didn’t trade him when he had the 2nd injury

Good move by the Bucks. Prince can provide better defense as the first unit doesn’t need him to create offense while Middleton adds shot creation to the second unit which they are currently lacking.

Now the Bucks can really focus on building a championship contender… and maybe even find some new ways to score off the court.

There are mixed reactions about Middleton being removed from the starting lineup. However, it was probably a necessary move this franchise and head coach Doc Rivers had to make. It would not be a surprise to see Khris Middleton out of a Bucks uniform after the 2024-2025 NBA season.
