Milwaukee Bucks superstar Damian Lillard is the proud owner of one of the most stellar resumes in the history of the NBA. Obviously, the one thing missing from his trophy cabinet is an NBA championship, which is exactly why he took his talents to Milwaukee this summer in the first place.
On Wednesday against the Indiana Pacers, the seven-time All-Star made history yet again by climbing the all-time 3-Pointers list.
Milwaukee Bucks Star Damian Lillard’s Epic Milestone
Lillard came into Monday’s game with 2,449 triples to his name. He was ranked sixth overall behind Kyle Korver, who himself amassed 2,450 treys during his career. You just know that Lillard was going to surpass Korver sooner rather than later.
He did just that against the Pacers on Wednesday.
Lillard’s historic triple came in the third quarter as he hit his second triple of the game. Dame has now officially cracked the Top 5 of the all-time 3-pointers list.

Next up on the list for Lillard is the great Reggie Miller, who’s sitting at the No. 4 spot on the list with 2,560 career triples. This season, Dame is averaging 3.0 treys per game, which means that if he is able to keep this pace up, he should be able to climb the leaderboard again within the next couple of months.
In case you forgot, Stephen Curry leads the pack with 3,496 3-pointers to his name, and counting. Lillard obviously isn’t going to be able to catch that record. Honestly, Curry’s mark just feels like it’s going to be extremely tough to beat by anybody.
