The Milwaukee Brewers just accomplished a season sweep of the Los Angeles Dodgers, becoming the first team since the 2006 St. Louis Cardinals to do so in a series of at least six games. All of the Brewers and Dodgers games were played within the last two weeks, with the teams getting together for a series before the All-Star break and immediately after.
With Milwaukee winning six games against Los Angeles, they have also managed to put together a 10 game winning streak with one win against the Miami Marlins and a sweep of the Washington Nationals accounting for the other victories.

Even though the Milwaukee Brewers just made a loud statement to the rest of baseball, completing a season sweep of the powerhouse Los Angeles Dodgers, Cubs fans are shaking their heads. They are in disbelief of not only the Dodgers’ collapse, but at the reality that their division rival might actually be this good.
38-15.
They’re not THAT good. NOBODY is that good.
What all this means, is there is a big correction coming just like when a non-elite basketball team is throwing in 3-pointers all over the place.
I can’t wait when they have a 15 game losing streak. Not a single player on that brewers team is above average . They’ve played way above their talent . They’re going to come back down to earth.
