Milwaukee Brewers Fans React To Willy Adames Hitting the Go-Ahead Home Run In the Ninth-Inning
There was a ton of excitement from the Brewers fanbase on Tuesday night when Adames hit the go-ahead three-run homer. Here is what some of the fans had to say about it on Twitter:
Willy Adames says he had some friendly banter before his home run with the fans near the on-deck circle.
“They were like ‘we want you, we want you’ and I was like are you sure about that? If he gets a walk here the game might be over.” pic.twitter.com/p2djzYdCRP

Brewers manager Pat Murphy spoke to the media after the game about the home run that Adames hit in the ninth inning. He said to them:
” He’s telling the fans he’s going to do it. Gary walks, (Willy) turns back and he goes ‘watch this’…bam. It was really priceless.”
Adames is one of the better hitters in the lineup this season for the Brewers. He is in the final year of his contract and if he continues this play, the Brewers will have to give him a new contract. Adames is probably the second most important player in this lineup other than William Contreras.
