Milwaukee Brewers – FanDuel Sports Network agree to a one year TV deal for the 2025 season
Brewers president of business operations Rick Schlesinger released the following statement regarding their decision to forego their commitment to MLB and pivot back to FanDuel.
“The decision to continue our rights agreement with FanDuel Sports Network ensures that fans will have seamless access to watch the Brewers in 2025, while enjoying the same high quality productions and roster of on-air talent that fans have enjoyed over the years. We appreciate the efforts of Major League Baseball in supporting our continued long-term relationship with FanDuel Sports Network.”
Schlesinger went on to say that the ability to have 30 minutes of pre and post game shows was one big factor in switching back. He also revealed that FanDuel approached Milwaukee and upped their offer from earlier in 2024. This means that the Brewers will receive revenue from streaming their games, as opposed to forfeiting that money if MLB would have produced them.
