The best revenge is a massive success. Or the other person’s failure. That’s what Los Angeles Lakers star Lebron James must be feeling right now as he goes after the Green Bay Phoenix coach who said some words about his son Bronny.
The men’s basketball team from University of Wisconsin–Green Bay made headlines over the weekend for finally winning a game after 22 tries.
The team, who are are now 2-24 this season, received congratulations and were celebrated by Wisconsin.
That’s what James did, too, for them although in a sarcastic way. The league’s leading all-time scorer turned to X to comment on the rare Green Bay victory and posted a picture of their coach, accompanied by laughing and poop emoji.
“Earned 2 Not Given! Gotta give him credit though! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. 💩 💩 💩 💩 💩,” he wrote on X.

LBJ does not really care about the team and he is just after their coach Doug Gottlieb who was hired during the offseason.
The Phoenix are actually 3-24 after the win against Wright State. They are still at the bottom of the standings.
What’s the history between Lebron James and Doug Gottlieb?
It is clear that James is having some schadenfreude moment and it goes back to the start of the season when Green Bay Phoenix coach Gottlieb slammed him for having Bronny in the NBA.
Bronny was picked 55th overall in last year’s draft and that moment was a polarizing discussion for many.
Gottlieb joined in the conversation saying Lebron is bad basketball dad.
“This toxicity is based upon one guy. And LeBron is a good father, is a good parent, but he’s a bad basketball parent because he’s making people elevate his kid to a level that his skill is not close to being at,” Gottlieb said back in November.
Lebron James got the upper hand for now.
Maybe Gottlieb, known for being very vocal his thoughts, will react soon.
