Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers could very well be playing the final game of his NFL career on Sunday with the New York Jets (4-12) when they face the Miami Dolphins (8-8). The Jets will not be in the playoffs this season and they could be making wholesale changes once again with the roster once it gets to the offseason.

Aaron Rodgers is 41 years old. This season, he has completed 63.0% of his passes for 3,623 yards, 24 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions.

Former Green Bay Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers Potentially Hinting At Retirement After Sunday’s Game

This will be the final game of the 2024 season for the Jets on Sunday. On Wednesday, Aaron Rodgers spoke to the media about what could potentially be happening after Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins. Rodgers said:

“I’ll just be enjoying this, I’m trying to stay in the moment. It’s been a long career. I’m really proud of what I’ve been able to be a part of and what I’ve been able to accomplish.”

Aaron Rodgers has accomplished a lot in his NFL career. He won a Super Bowl MVP with the Packers in 2010 and won several MVPs with Green Bay. Going to the New York Jets did not go as planned for him. He was injured his entire first season with the Jets except for four snaps.
