The Green Bay Packers have been making noise throughout training camp so far. Some players have been shining and there have been some disappointments already. Green Bay’s offense is ready to take another leap this season Romeo Doubs is emerging as the number one receiver in camp. Jayden Reed has also had a very good camp so far for the Packers.
Jaire Alexander has been standing out in the secondary. Alexander missed a lot of games last season with a hamstring injury and he is looking for a bounce-back season. Eric Stokes is also performing well in camp and is expected to be the other cornerback starter this season.

The new defensive alignment this year will take some time to adjust, but it is going to benefit them for the long haul. Players on the defense side of the ball love the new defensive scheme. How the defense will play with the new scheme remains to be seen.
One NFL Analyst Thinks That Green Bay Packers Rookie Javon Bullard Is the Under-the-Radar Rookie To Watch For

Dallas Robinson of Pro Football Network thinks that Green Bay Packers rookie Javon Bullard is going to be the one under-the-radar rookie on the roster who will perform this season. Robinson listed one for each NFL team. He said about Bullard being his choice for the Packers:
“Poised to lose three safeties who played 600+ snaps each in 2023, the Packers had to address their defensive backfield this offseason — and they didn’t disappoint.
Green Bay struck early in free agency, signing former Giants defensive back Xavier McKinney to a four-year deal worth $67 million. Then, the Packers took a volume approach in this year’s draft, adding Georgia’s Javon Bullard in Round 2 before double-dipping with Oregon’s Evan Williams and Oregon State’s Kitan Oladapo in Round 4. Bullard should be the favorite to start alongside McKinney, but Green Bay has given itself options.”
The starting safety tandem of Xavier McKinney and Javon Bullard could be a very good tandem for the Green Bay Packers this season. Bullard was a second-round pick from Georgia. Bullard played in 12 games last season for the Georgia Bulldogs. He recorded 56 tackles, 1.0 tackles for a loss, two interceptions, and five pass deflections.

Xavier McKinney played for the New York Giants last season and signed with Green Bay as a free agent. This new safety tandem for the Packers this season with him and Javon Bullard could be very effective on the backend.
