The Green Bay Packers did not have a great ending to their 2024 NFL regular season. They are limping to the NFL playoffs after consecutive losses against the Minnesota Vikings (27-25) on the road in Week 17 and versus the Chicago Bears (24-22) at Lambeau Field in Week 18.
Nevertheless, Jordan Love and company have at least one more game to play this season, as they locked up the NFC’s No. 7 seed in the playoffs.
After the surprising loss to Caleb Williams and the Bears, the Packers shared a post to hype up their upcoming battle against the Philadelphia Eagles in the wild-card round.
“See you soon, Philadelphia,” the post’s caption read.

Green Bay Packers on a collision course with Philadelphia Eagles
The Packers and the Eagles are scheduled to face off on Jan. 12 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. That will also serve as a rematch of the NFL’s Brazil game back in Week 1. In that game, the Eagles defeated the Packers, 34-29. It can also be recalled that Green Bay quarterback Jordan Love suffered an injury late in that contest that caused him to miss a couple of games.
Love also got hurt in the regular-season finale against the Bears but it doesn’t seem to be serious enough to be significantly worried about his status for the Philly game in the playoffs.
“It’s obviously not the note we wanted to end on with a loss to the Vikings and then turn around and (have) a loss here,” Love said after the loss to Chicago, per the Associated Press (h/t ESPN). “It’s the reality of our situation. We’ve got to find a way to improve this week, get better and look forward to seeing Philly.”
