The Milwaukee Bucks somehow survived the last two games without Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard, thanks to Khris Middleton finally getting his groove back.
Will the Big 3 share the court again?
The last time they played together was during the NBA Cup finals and they showed the amount of havoc they can do by the beating the Western Conference leaders Oklahoma City Thunder in a blow out game.
A bit of good news for those waiting, they might all play against the Brooklyn Nets based on the latest Bucks injury report.
Antetokounmpo missed the last two games due to back spasms while Lillard did not play in the last three due to calf strain.
The latter’s status is no longer due to calf strain but non-covid illness.
The Bucks have steadied the ship after a 2-8 start and they all believe they have found their mojo.
They are currently 16-12, fifth in the Eastern Conference.
Khris Middleton availability for Bucks versus Nets
As for Middleton, he is listed as probable still because of the bilateral ankle surgery he had at the start of the season that made him miss games.
Middleton is actually still on restricted minutes and returned this season as a reliever from the bench. However, with injuries to the Greek Freak and Dame, he was inserted into the starting line-up.
He averaged 17.7 points, 5.3 assists and 4.7 rebounds in 22.0 minutes in their last three games.
The latest injury report is not yet final though. The final status of the Bucks players is expected to be confirmed hours before the tip off.
