Milwaukee Brewers’ sensational pitcher Jacob Misiorowski, who is not even one month old in the majors, received praises from Los Angeles Dodgers’ former MVPs after his dominant performance in the second game of their three-game series, leading his team to a 3-1 win.

Clayton Kershaw said before the game that he does not know who Misiorowski is but the 23-year-old LSU standout introduced himself in the grandest way. Now, the 2014 MVP is left impressed.
“That was unbelievable,” he told reporters after the game.
“It was really special. I mean, everything. Obviously the velo, but he’s got four pitches, commands the ball and made it — I mean, I don’t know how you hit that, honestly.”
Dodgers probably tried to scare the young pitcher by having Shohehi Ohtani on the lead off. He succeeded on his first attempt by scoring a home run that led to a 1-0 lead for them on the first inning.
Misiorowski was unfazed by the challenge brought by the two-way superstar. He seems to have decided to unleash his anger on other Dodgers, keeping them scoreless until his stint ended in the sixth inning.

Ohtani said what he saw was a ‘really good stuff.’
“Aggressive in the zone. But what really stood out to me was his command and control.”
The rookie finished the game by striking out 12 batters, the most so far in his career.
Jacob Misiorowski has so much more to offer
Misiorowski earned the respect of the best in the business but for Pat Murphy, there’s so much more he can do.
The Brewers manager was equally impressed by what his player did on Tuesday but believes he just scratched the surface.
“He’s just broken the shell, man,” Murphy said after the game.

“He’s just broken the egg and … he’s still got gooey stuff coming off him, all arms and legs. There’s something special about him. I’m excited for him, all of these opportunities and the way it’s happening for him.”
Brewers will go for a sweep on Wednesday. Misiorowski will sit out in the meantime.
