The Wisconsin football fans have received intriguing news regarding an official visitor who is currently on campus in Madison.
2025 three-star tight end Nizyi Davis has received a FutureCast prediction to land with the Wisconsin football program, according to Rivals. Davis is a massive, physical target that could blossom when used correctly in the Wisconsin offense. The talented recruit is currently taking an official visit with the Badgers after previously visiting early last month.
Wisconsin Football Earns FutureCast Prediction for Physical Tight End Nizyi Davis

While the tight end is walking around campus and enjoying his official visit in Madison, recruiting analysts have logged an expert prediction for Nizyi Davis. Davis, a 2025 three-star tight end from Indiana, has been an under-the-radar recruit thus far holding 14 scholarship offers. Penn State, Purdue, and Kansas have all been very active recruiters of Davis, but the Badgers still remain the favorite to land the recruit.
Currently, Davis is one of 14 players on campus with the Wisconsin football staff who is taking an official visit as an uncommitted recruit. Wisconsin has a collection of both committed and uncommitted players currently on campus for a long weekend recruiting visit.
Can Nizyi Davis Blossom in the Wisconsin Badgers Football Offense?

For anyone unfamiliar with Nizyi Davis, the Indiana native stands in at 6-foot-6-inches and weighs roughly 220-pounds at the moment. Davis is a big bodied receiver with great blocking skills, and his versatility at the tight end position could allow for more opportunities in Madison.
Despite his size, Davis is not just a blocker and possesses great pass catching skills and above average route running ability. The tight end is still a raw player, and has been able to succeed at the High School level mainly due to his physical skills. Wisconsin football sees the potential Davis has and feels as though they can utilize the tight end in the most beneficial ways possible for both Davis and the team.
Can the Badgers Successfully Land Davis During his Current Official Visit?

Landing Davis during this official visit should not be a difficult task for the Badgers staff, at least in comparison to the difficulty of recruiting in general. Davis has one other official visit booked, which is with the Purdue Boilermakers in the middle of June. However, Davis still has the ability to back out of his visit, which could potentially happen depending on how the current Madison visit plays out.
The big tight end has spent more time speaking with and visiting the Wisconsin football staff than he has with any other program. The Badgers are currently in the lead in the recruitment of Davis, and he certainly is their commitment to lose moving forward.
