The Wisconsin Badgers will play their biggest game of the season on Thursday, March 2nd. The Wisconsin Badgers (16-12, 8-10) will play host to #5 Purdue Boilermakers (24-5, 13-5) at the Kohl Center. This game will be massive for the Wisconsin Badgers’ hopes to cling to a March Madness Tournament seed. After suffering a brutal overtime loss to the Michigan Wolverines on February 26th, the Badgers need every win they can get for the remainder of the season. As it turns out, the Badgers will have all the help the Kohl Center can provide Thursday Night.

As previously mentioned, the Wisconsin Badgers tournament hopes hang in the balance after Sunday’s loss to Michigan. There are just two regular-season chances left to make a statement to the committee. The Badgers are currently tied for tenth in the Big Ten with two games left. Wisconsin finishes up the season on Sunday at Minnesota. Thursday is sold out, and the Badger crowd has to bring it.
Purdue has been struggling as of late. The Boilermakers have lost three of their last four games. Since February 12th, the Boilermakers have lost to Northwestern (64-58), lost to #21 Maryland (68-54), beat Ohio State (82-55), and lost to #15 Indiana (79-71). The Badgers will need to take advantage of their home-court advantage on Thursday to come up with a massive win this late in the season. If you will be at the Kohl Center on Thursday Night, get there early, get loud, and leave with no voice. #OnWisconsin
