With Tyler Van Dyke out for the season for the Wisconsin Badgers, Braedyn Locke is projected to be the starting quarterback for head coach Luke Fickell for the remainder of the 2024 season. USC Trojans quarterback Miller Moss might be one of the best quarterbacks in the BIG10 Conference for head coach Lincoln Riley.
