Wisconsin Badgers football already have one cornerback for their 2026 class but they are looking to add more. And they are not unfazed by the fact that this CB target is already committed to another school.

Khmari Bing from St. Frances Academy committed to Maryland Terrapins. It was his chosen program out of the 16 schools trying to chase him. He made the commitment in August last year.
“What made me commit to Maryland was to get Maryland great again,” Bing said in an interview Rivals nine months ago.
“I grew up a Maryland fan, but I’ve ultimately never seen them be able to play in the national championship. I think it’s only right for me to commit because I can add to the team and we will make Maryland great again.”
No other school made an offer to him since then.
Wisconsin Badgers’ try to sneak in on Khmari Bing
Bing is a quality player currently rated three-star and is 26th overall in Maryland. He is regarded for his good height and length as a defensive back. He can also play multiple positions.
That is one of many good reasons why the Badgers are still giving him a shot.
The thing is, Bing is in awe of the offer made by assistant coach Jack Cooper.
“He was telling me they’ve been on me for a little while, but the offer just came,” Bing told Badger247.
“It was like a shock to me. I didn’t even know they were considering offering me.
“I was like, ‘Wow!”

Right now, Badgers already have nine cornerbacks in the roster. Carsen Eloms is the only CB to commit so far for 2026 season.
