The Wisconsin Badgers were hosting the Washington Huskies on Tuesday night in another BIG10 Conference matchup. Wisconsin was looking to get past the Oregon Ducks’ loss on Saturday.
Entering the game, the Badgers were the 11th-ranked team in the country. Wisconsin waited no time to get started in this game and dominated against Washington. The Wisconsin Badgers won the game by a final score of 88-62 over the Washington Huskies.

Wisconsin fans were happy that they won against Washington. The Badgers didn’t also have to sweat this game out at all. Wisconsin improves to 22-6 overall on the season and 12-5 in conference play. As for Washington, they have the worst record in the conference and are 13-15 overall and 4-13 in league play.

There are always going to be a couple of Badgers fans after every win mention about where the Greg Gard haters are. Wisconsin has been a lot better this season than people anticipated. It remains to be seen how the month of March is going to go for them,

Four different people scored in double figures for the Badgers against the Huskies. John Blackwell was the best player on the floor for Wisconsin. He scored 24 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and recorded two assists. Blackwell recorded a double-double in this matchup.
John Tonje scored 13 points, grabbed five rebounds, and recorded one assist. Steven Crowl and Xavier Amos each scored 12 points for the Wisconsin Badgers on Tuesday night. This was a game that the Badgers had to win against the Washington Huskies.
With this win, Wisconsin will now have the biggest game of the season on Sunday, March 2 on the road against the Michigan State Spartans. It is not easy facing a Tom Izzo-coached team in March. This game could go a long way in determining NCAA Tournament seeding for Wisconsin in a couple of weeks from now.
